Shipping Policy
We lovingly create each portrait to order. Please refer to the delivery timeline shown at checkout as the most accurate expectation. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and approval speed.
Production Timeline
All custom portraits generally take 2–5 business days to be created before shipping. During peak seasons or holidays, production may extend slightly.
Note: If we require a new photo from you, this may delay processing.
Artwork Proof & Approval
You will receive a preview of your artwork for approval before we print and ship. The faster you approve, the faster we can ship your portrait.
We allow up to 72 hours (3 days) for artwork approval. If we don’t hear from you, the design will be auto-approved and moved into production.
Shipping Times
Estimated transit times after production:
- USA: 3–5 business days
- Canada, Australia, UK: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–15 business days
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.
Queue Priority Option
We occasionally offer a priority “skip-the-queue” creation option. This speeds up the artwork creation process by moving your order to the front of our artist queue.
It does not affect courier transit time.
Tracking
All orders ship with tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Holiday Period
During November/December and other peak holidays, courier networks experience high volume. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods.
Final Notes
- Your order begins production shortly after purchase — timely photo uploads and responses help keep your delivery on schedule.
- If a new photo is required, production time will extend until we receive an acceptable image.
- Approval delays may impact delivery timelines.
